Weekly Watch!! Winter Anime 2019 – #5

Another week, another set of episode to watch. This is Weekly Watch!! Winter Anime 2019 edition #5.

For this fifth week, I had some time to spare and manage to be able to continue this weekly series. Compared to the previous weeks, I am now on time and I watched all the episodes I needed to watch.

Anyway, I won’t prolong this anymore with my stupid intro… here’s my thoughts of the news episodes:

Go-toubun no Hanayome Ep. 5

Okay, that was both disappointing and nice.

As always, I like how on point this episode was. It continued what was left off from the previous episode and progressed too similarly as the manga. Ichika got to shine alot and prove how worthy she is of the “best girl” throne. We also got to see Futarou being able to “label” his relationship to the quintuplets. Even though the word “partner” is a bit not really ideal and definitely not the right term for their relationship, its passable.

Just like the previous episodes, my bad sentiments continues to reign. It seemed the animation will never improve. As much as how good the voice acting of the top tier VA’s, the quality of the animation is not on par with their performance. Its a waste. The OST continues to be misplaced as some cheerful OST was playing while on a serious moment.

I just need to suck it up, and continue.

Watashi ni Tenshi ga Maiorita! Ep. 5

Now, this one…is a cute episode. I want more of this.

In this episode, we get to know more of the new supporting chracters. We get to see their interactions and dymnamic of their pairing. Both of them gets to interact with the main casts, and it was full of fluff. Like I said above, I want more of this.

Interestingly, the main character, Mya-nee got the least screentime which resulted to less borderline pedo moves on air. Because of that, I kind of enjoyed this episode more. Don’t get me wrong, I like Mya-nee as a character, but her pedo-ish tendencies is really creepy.

As the series goes on, the pairings starts to become more solid. Of course, Mya-nee to Hana (uuugghhh), Hana to sweets, Hinata to Nao and the two new characters (sorry, they are not yet that important to me so their names are still irellevant). I can’t wait to see more and more developments on their yuri baity pairings (except for Mya-nee and Hana…its creepy).

Another thing, mom is still nowhere to be found. RIP me.

Can’t wait for the next ep.

Bang Dream S2 Ep. 6

Just like any other episode of BD, we got introduced to one of the featured bands of the franchise. This time, its one of my fav band of BD, Afterglow.

Damn, now I love them more.

In this episode, there is an upcoming festival in their town. To attract youngsters to the festival, the staff requested Afterglow to perform. Popipa was invited too, which in some ways made me happy as their screentime became less and less as episodes goes by. Still, their appearance here in this episode pretty much answered my suspicion that it was all for the build up in the end. With Popipa’s plan to have a one-man show of their worn, alot of preparations were needed to accomplish, and they seemed to handle it well bts.

Anyway, let’s not talk more about Popipa and focus more on the main protagonists of this episodes, Afterglow. I really like the relationship of the group. Compared to other bands, the members were childhood friends in the beginning. Because of time constraints in school and life, all of them decided to make a band so that they’ll still have time to hang out with each other (dunno if that is necessary..but I digress). Their friendship is really strong and it shows in their performances. They are really good.

Another thing, I want to shoutout to Locke-san. She is the MVP of this episode. To be able to show her love and appreciation for the bands and Popipa, she goes out of her way and become badass. Popipa members saw this and appreciates her effort. I hope she creates a band soon.

Can’t wait for next episode.

Endro Ep. 5

Ooohhh…a princess, huh…interesting!

I really like this episode. The fluffiness is still there and there were alot of meta jokes that made me laugh. It wasn’t just the meta jokes but all of its jokes, they all hit and were delivered well. I really had a great time watching this.

In this new episode, a new character was introduced. All hail princess!! She’s pretty much is infatuated with the Hero, even before meeting that person. I expected her to feel weirded out now that the new Hero is a girl. It was quite clear she was uncomfortable for abit with it but later gains feeling for her. Ooohohooh. I SENSE YURI. Lol.

I find it really funny how it seemed the princess knows something about Mao-sensei. Does the princess know that she’s the Demon Lord. Ooohohohohoh.

Can’t wait for the next ep.

Tate no Yuusha no Nariagari Ep. 05

This is a nice episode.

Compared to the previous ones, this episode was alot more upbeat, and fun. Definitely a change of pace, and I like it. After all, the main characters deserved a break after everything that had happened in the previous episode.

In this episode, we get to see first the queen and her spies. This one is unusual as I don’t remember this part in the manga along with the other contents of the episode. I kind of predicted already that they’ll reach the queen, but I didn’t expect they would show her now. It’s interesting.

We got to see the main characters go to the slave trader again. Even though it was unnecessary, Rapthalia requested for the slave mark. For her, it was a sign of “faithfulness”. Weird girl. The MC’s then bought an egg who later then became a big bird, Filo.

Now, this is where everything turned upside down.

I’ll be honest, I only read the manga and wasn’t able to reached this part in the LN so I’m not sure about it, but the anime definitely changed alot in this next sequence. In the manga, Filo’s fast growth was an issue of the MC’s as they didn’t expect the bird would go that big already. It was funny to see the reactions of the MC’s and how they handle Filo. Nothing much were change in the competition part, except the fact that they made the race really long. Another significant change that had happen was the reward the MC’s got from that race, not only Naofumi became the Lord of the land, he also got some properties courtesy of the people. I didn’t expect they would change it as the next sequences of that part was really funny.

Because of the change, it affected the next sequences of the story. The introduction of the loli version of Filo was definitely disappointing in the anime, as in the manga it was alot funnier. Sigh. they should have did what was in the manga. But was done is done.

Now that Filo is introduced, the MC’s party is now complete. The adventure will now start. I can’t wait to see it.

Manaria Friends Ep. 4

This was…boring.

I kind off get the purpose of this episode. We were shown how the normal students, including Grea, studies ahrd for the exam while Anne, a genius, got lonely because she’s bored to death and no one’s as smart as her. Lel. I di sympathize with her struggle as I did experience that before, but I’m not a fan of how this story was portrayed here in this episode. It’s too boring, too sad, a bit far off the usual mood of the anime.

I do like the OST a bit, especially Grea’s performances. Her music made me feel like I was in a lounge or something.

Sigh, this episode is pointless.

Dororo Ep. 05

Oh…wow. That was really…something else.

Since last episode, Hyakkimaru regains his hearing. As he is not yet used to it, he can’t concentrate much in fighting which results to him hurting really bad. He then met up with a girl, Mio, who had a beautiful singing voice. Even I was enticed by her voice. We then heard about the bad developments in the land of Hyakkimaru’s family. The mom clearly knows that this was the result of what happened before. I really can’t wait on how all of this will end.

Then, the weird old man that was a companion of the MC’s found a land to stay in while the war is going on and encouraged all of them to evacuate there. Bad news, as there’s a demon residing there. Hyakkimaru still went there and fight even though he is still not completely healed. He, alongside the old man, accomplished the task which results to MC regaining his voice. However, he seemed to lost his real right feet. Damn, that would have been really painful.

Dororo tried to check on Mio as she mentioned she going to work harder so that all of them can leave the old palce. He accidentally witness a horrifying act which was Mio’s kind of work. That must have been terrifying for him. I’m not sure how the next episode’s going to be but I’m definitely curious.

I’m a bit disappointed on the lack of action of this episode. Compared to the previous episodes, this arc focuses more on Hyakkimaru’s adjusting to sound, his love for Mio’s voice, and other developments. I totally get it, but it would have been nice if everything was balanced at least. The last fight in the episode felt lacking as it cut off on the best part.

Anyway, I’ll just wait for the next episode.

Meiji Tokyo Renka Ep. 05

Lel, I got it right. The popular actor was the geisha.

Its hard to take this episode seriously. The popular actor acting like a woman and taching the main girl the “art of being a elite woman” is really wrong in alot of ways. I needs explaination as to why he’s like this. Even though he seemed to teach her the right stuff, its still weird to watch.

I really don’t have anything to say much. I guess, I’ll just wait for the next episode.

Kaguya-sama wa Kokurasetai Ep. 05

Yeeee!! Another fun episode!!

OMG!! I laugh alot on this one. Damn.

When I first read this arcs in the manga, I know they are going to be hilarious when animated and damn they are.

Compared to the previous episode, this follows the usual formula, 3 arcs per episode.

One the first arc, it was about a love advice, this time, it was Kaguya that was asked. She tried to answer the student well, but gradually failed (hard). Insert Chika to the rescue (lol). The talk went overboard, with all the rebellious “us against the world” kind of advice, it worked.

For the 2nd arc, it was the famous volleyball arc. Its sad as Kaguya wasn’t featured much in this, but damn Chika and Miyuki combo is funny af. Miyuki can’t play at all, and with the help of Chika, he became awesome. I laughed alot in this arc, especially after seeing the aftermath.

And now, the last one was the Umbrella arc. YASSSSS!! What I liked about this arc was how they twisted a popular shoujo trope and made it really unique and fun. Rather than your typical “Ah! I forgot my umbrella” and then the other person share’s it, both Kaguya and miyuki expressed the loss of their supposed umbrella which resulted to both of them determining who would tell the truth. Kaguya pretty much got a upperhand on this, but then Chika happened. In the end, both of the MC’s shared the umbrella. Walking in the streets. Even though the sun was up. Ayyeeeeee!!

Pretty much all the arcs were adapted well. I could see some additional scenes but they were not bad as they made the story more concise and would flow properly. This anime is definitely well adapted.

Lesson learn this episode… the MVP is CHIKA. She’s awesome.

Can’t wait for the next episode.

I had fun in alot of episodes this week. Only few were mediocre at best, but enjoyable.

Continue to look forward this weekly watching of mine.

See you next week.

Weekly Watch!! Winter Anime 2019 – #4

Yo!!! We are now on the 4th week of Weekly Watch. Over the weekend, I spent alot of my time with my family and relatives from Australia. Busy busy life.

Still, I was able to watch the episodes I needed for this post, though barely.

Anyway, I won’t prolong this much and here’s my thoughts

Watashi ni Tenshi ga Maiorita! Ep. 4

It’s summer!!

Usually, the summer episode is in the middle of the series, but this one is early. It definitely surprised me, but all the arcs in the episode were cute and simple.

One the first arc, rather than going to the usual outdoor locations, the casts stayed home and play. Mya-nee prepared the inflatable pool and gave them food to enjoy. We also got to know that Mya-nee doesn’t like school uniforms (which is quite unique). On the 2nd arc, the kids were doing their summer assignment that was creating a sculpture of their favorite thing using clay. As always, Hinata made a Mya-nee severed head (LOL!), while Nao recreated her face and Hana made a cake, which she later changed to her fav (not cute) character. On the last arc, it was the summer festival. In this arc, we not only saw the main casts (except Mya-nee) in yukata, but also the other supporting characters (I’m sad the mom didn’t make an appearance). Myaa-nee almost got arrested cuz of her pedo tendencies but was saved by the kids. She then repays them by allowing them to abuse her wallet.

I enjoyed watching this one as we get to know more about the casts. It’s also nice to see the pedo moments of Mya-nee were minimized, and added a lot of cute antics of the kids. I really like how Hana twist Mya-nee’s pedo moments into a benefit by asking her to feed her sweets in exchange. It might’ve sound bad when I wrote it here, but the exchange is quite smart. Lel. My most favorite parts were the closeness of Hinata and Nao. Hinata seemed to know how to please and up the mood of Nao and they are so cute to watch together.

It was also mentioned in the episode how popular Mya-nee is in the kid’s class, as Hinata tends to twist some stories in favor of Mya-nee. I can’t wait to see their reactions when they meet Mya-nee in person. Hehehehe.

Meiji Tokyo Renka Ep. 4

Now that was interesting. I was already wondering the “importance” of Ougai-san in this series. Good thing we get a lot of info about him through this episode.

We now know more how important Ougai-san was in their society and the effects of the “engagement” he have with the main character. I also like how both of them spent a lot of time together, to know more each other and to see their chemistry. Its not so bad, but I’m still not a fan of their ship.

The actor guy was then introduced. He’s very popular, but I’m not feeling his acting. LOL. Anyway, it was quite clear he was that geisha at the very end of the episode that the main character followed. I’m quite shocked to see crossdressing in this story and era. I kinda want to know more about it.

Can’t wait for the next episode.

Manaria Friends

Oh damn. This anime is defintiely crossing the line of “yuri-bait” to “yuri”. It’s so strong!!

For this episode, Anne and Grea went shopping. They stumbled on a clothing store of their teacher, which had full of cosplay clothes. The two MC tried some clothes and they got them for free. They then went for a relaxing boat-ride which resulted into a YURI MOMENT. God bless us all!!!

I like the development of the relationship of Grea and Anne. Its definitely going somewhere. Their teacher is kinda funny too with her obsession with clothes. I do understand that feeling of being busy and go all out once there’s free time.

Even with lack of substance in their plot, its still enjoyable to watch. In some ways, this one could pass as a slice-of-life of a princess and a half-dragon half-human.

Can’t wait for the next episode.

Endro Ep. 3-4

Here’s another slice of life anime about adventures. So full of fluff and cuteness.

The 3rd episode was about quests. The first few quests they got are about finding cats. Lel. Once they feel like they were masters in finding cats, they got a “real” quest, but later forgot about it and look for a cat when they met a girl crying. It was really cute and very nice for them to do that. Its a bit of a bummer that the loli demon lord didn’t make an appearance, but the adventure of the MC’s was already really fun to watch that I didn’t mind anymore.

For the 4th ep, it is the summer episode (why is the summer episodes early?). The loli demon lord was the first thing I see, I’m loving this episode already. Lel. The gang needed to do alot of quests for their homework in class, and they deicided to go to an island for it. I like how Seira was leading the group as she is the closest one to being sane. As much as she wants the group to focus on their quest, they always end up playing around. Hahaha. Atleast, the more they play the more they discover alot of monsters for their quests. Lol.

This anime continues to filled me up with fluffy feelings and positive vibes. Can’t wait for the next episode.

Go-toubun no Hanayome Ep. 4

As a fan of the manga, I am greatly disappointed by this episode. From the animation to the music used on some scenes, its bad. Sigh, but before I say all my negative thoughts about this episode. Let me share the positive ones first.

Itsuki visited the home of Futarou to give him his salary, and they end going to the arcade cuz of Futarou’s sister. After bonding for awhile, they bumped into the other sisters and they went to see the fireworks. Complicated things happened afterwards.

I am indeed happy that they adapted this fireworks part cuz this is one of my fav stories in the manga. They followed the manga well, and its nice to see it in animation. The voice actors were really amazing in this episode. But unfortunately, all these positve points went all to drain cuz of the bad aspects in this episode.

Like I said above, the animation is bad. Its alot worse that the previous episodes. Even though I said that it followed the manga well, it was too well like panel by panel copy. Alot of shortcuts were done too to save time in animating this episode. Sigh, the amaizng performance of the VA’s went to waste cuz of the bad animation. Don’t get me wrong, this anime is visually appealing, but only in still shots. The animation is too stiff and unreal to enjoy.

The other negative thing that affected my watching was the soundtrack, especially the music in the first half of the episode. I’m just not a fan of it.

Even with all this negative comments from me, I will still watch this until the very end.

Bang Dream S2 Ep. 5

This anime….is becoming hard to watch. The set-up of these new episodes is not on my liking. Each episode, we get to know new set of characters. For this new ep, it centers on the members of the idol band Pastel Pallete. I could barely memorize their names. I’m not really a fan of their group but, this arc of theirs is quite cute. Though I find the pacing abit fast. With their arc only given an episode to tell, it can’t be helped for it to be fast.

Good thing the members are really cute. Lel. Another good thing is that cameo appearance of some members of Popipa, even though they are only two.

I guess I’ll continue to watch this, but I don’t think my excitement of this season when it first started didn’t stay as its getting boring as time goes by.

Kaguya-sama wa Kokurasetai Ep. 4

Ooohohohohoho!! This episode gave me alot of feels!!!

Reading this arcs were enthralling to me already, but watching it happen in an anime made it more amazing!! I can’t stop smiling!

For this episode, there wasn’t any intro like in the previous episodes. That made me happy. We immediately dive into the cat ears arc which was really cute. When I first read this on manga, I knew this would be amazing when animated. AND IT IS. The dissonance of Kaguya and Miyuki’s feelings about the cuteness of each other’s looks were totally on point as I imagine. I can’t stop grinning watching them act like they want to kill each other. LOL.

The cellphone arc was also done well. I’ll be honest, I kind of forgot about this arc, so I can’t really say much about it. All I could tell was how cute the Kaguya’s reactions were all through out the arc. She is definitely inlove with Miyuki.

Now for the exhibition arc, this was done well. In the manga, the french parts were a bunch of scribbles so I really didn’t mind them. Here in the anime, I still didn’t mind them, but I am curious as to what they were saying. I am also amaze by the talent of the VA’s. They were able to speak French well…I think. For me, its done well but I can’t really say cuz I am not French in the first place. LOL.

Believe it or not, the anime is adapting fast. I didn’t expect this at all but they are surely skipping some parts. Still, I really don’t care much as long as this series is adapted well. Infairness, the studio haven’t failed me yet as this anime was visually appealing from start to finish.

Can’t wait for the next episode.

Tate no Yuusha no Nariagari Ep. 4

YAS!! Its my favorite part of the first arc. I always wanted to see this in the anime, and I am so glad they adapted this part really well.

In this episode, there was a party in the castle and all the heroes were invited to celebrate the “success” of the Wave. Naofumi continues to be bitter, doesn’t want to entertain anyone, even Raphtalia. The spear hero guy challenged Naofumi in a duel because of Raphtalia which resulted with an epic fight between the two. In this duel, we got to see Naofumi’s prowess in tactics and strategies to win against a guy with a weapon against his shield. Seeing the shiled hero winning, the b*tch princess cheated to make it look like the spear hero won. It resulted to Naofumi getting triggered and had a breakdown. He was then saved by Raphtalia by declaring her loyalty to him.

I always loved this part of the first arc, as we see the lowest point of Naofumi. He was consumed by his anger because of the b*llsh*t he’s been experiencing in that world. And the moment Raphtalia saved him, Naofumi’s outlook of her changed (lol). He now saw her in her current form and he can now eat proper food. We also got to see the other heroes, the archer and the swordsman, being neutral with everything and stated the real truth. They also saw how dirty the royal family was.

Now that the heavy negative side of the story is past, we can now welcome a new chapter of Naofumi’s journey in this new world. I can’t wait.

Even though I said I watched all the episodes I needed, you guys might’ve noticed I didn’t have Dororo, Circlet Princess, The promised neverland and Boogiepop episode reviews. Well, I have different reasons.

For Dororo, I accidentally reviewed the latest ep. last week. Because of that I didn’t add it on the list above. For Circlet princess, I can’t find a 480p quality of the anime (torrent-wise). With my mac being really laggy, I can’t watch HD quality animes so I just set this anime to the side. Lastly, I decided to binge Boogiepop and the promised neverland instead of weekly watching it. I feel like I would enjoy them more that way. So yeah.

Now that everything is settled, the animes above (and Dororo) will be the final animes I will watch weekly.

I guess that’s all for now.

See you guys next week for anothr Weekly Watching.

Weekly Watch!! Winter 2019 – #3

Will Sirius here! Damn, it took me a long time to make this.

I accidentally scheduled it on Wednesday too and it got published without content.

Anyway, let’s proceed to the main topic.

Welcome!! For this week of Weekly Watch, I tried my best to watch a lot of ongoing animes episodes that here released this week and catch up to them. Well, I messed up so I need to make up for it.

I will also indicate the last episode that I watch of the anime to let you guys have an idea where I currently am in the series. It would be cool if I did this since the start, but I just thought about this now so lol.

I won’t prolong this any longer, here are my thoughts:

Go-toubun no Hanayome Ep. 3

Yeeeee!! Yeeee!!

What a cute episode.

In this episode, we got to see more of Nino, and understand her hostile attitude to the MC. We also got to see Miku being quite friendly with the MC, she definitely warmed up with him after the previous episode.

As much as I want to say this series adapted the manga well….uuuhhhh…it was too much? What I meant is it followed the manga TOO WELL, shot by shot, to a point it made the series a bit stiff and lack fluidity. I do like the color schemes and all, but it would have been nice if they adapted this series in some ways similar to Kaguya-sama. Well, that’s just me.

Sigh, the more I watch this series, the more I want people to just check out the manga.

Still, I will continue covering this.

Bang Dream S2 ep. 4

And I thought I am already okay with the 3D animation on 2D art, but it seemed I still need time to get used to it.

Anyway, I find this episode abit meh. It was a random episode, just introducing a new set of characters and letting the viewers know them. I have no problem with it, but the overall story of the episode was a bit over the wall and a huge deviation from the main plot progression. I do undertsand its purpose and its “moral” point, but I wish it was linear to the main plot.

I’ll still continue to cover and watch this series, so stay tuned for the next ep.

Screen Shot 2019-01-31 at 20.26.53.png

Meiji Tokyo Renka Ep. 3

Oh boii! I really like this series. It gets better and better as time goes by. It’s not like your typical shoujo reverse harem out there. This one is actually very fun to watch.

In this new episode, we get to meet the other men in MC’s harem and know more about them. I especially like Patrick, the writer, as he was really amusing. He keeps on mixing Engrish and Japanese, and he’s really funny. This episode focused on his problem, he wants to meet Jane, a ghost from his past, and apologize. Their meet up was heartwarming and sweet.

I also want to point out how cute Shunzou was. He is warming up to me and becoming my best boi. Even though I know Mei is going to end up with the male lead, Ougai-san, I just can’t help but ship her with Shunzou. Ah, I also want to point out how much I still don’t like Ougai-san. He haven’t shown anything to amazing or notweworthy other than declaring mei as his fiancee, which greatly benefited the MC.

I can’t wait to see the next ep.

Watashi ni Tenshi ga Maiorita! Ep. 3

Okay, I think this anime is warming up with me. As much as I am not fan of its premise, I still enjoyed this anime. The kids are really cute. LIKE REALLY CUTE. I could watch alot of episodes of just them doing cute things. Lol.

But of course, Miyako is the main character so she needs to appear at some point. For this episode, the focus is about Hinata becoming jealous of the attention Miyako gives to the other girls. I did thought about this problem before, and good thing that they tackled this one here. I also have a little sister and I kinda experienced this when we were young. The jealousy is inevitable, and it was handled well here in this episode.

The other supporting characters were introduced as well, and they seemed to be likeable and interesting. Can’t wait for the next ep.

PS: Hinata’s “Mya-nee” continues to echo in my mind. What to do…. Lel.

Screen Shot 2019-01-23 at 23.59.48.png

Boogiepop wa Warawanai (2019) Ep. 5

Another interesting episode. It’s a lot more linear and forward in telling the story compared to the previous episodes. I mean, its less mindboggling and you can immediately get what’s going on. There are still confusing elements like the addition of a random organization that seemed to be composed of aliens (lol), but it did gave me more info to dance around and theorize.

More and more characters are introduced in the series, and they seemed to be connected to the people from the previous episode. It made this new arc really really interesting.

I’ll be honest, I am having a hard time watching this. The feeling that this anime seemed to be better off binging is getting stronger. But I guess I just need to suck it up and just wait for another week for the next ep.

Circlet Princess Ep. 2

I didn’t expect I would see this anime again. I was having a hard time finding the anime episodes, after all it is not subbed by the usual peepz.

Anyway, I saw the 2nd ep and it was interesting. As always, the anime continues to give off Toji no Miko vibes with its mix of action, comedy, and some little drama elements. Compared to its first ep, there wasn’t much exciting stuff going on. It seemed this anime would be like any other action girls anime out there. But we were able to meet the other lead characters and kind of know their personalities. I am excited of the next ep. as they’ll have a practice matc with a strong school. I am also curious about the Student president’s contradicting actions.

Can’t wait for the next ep.

Endro Ep. 2

What a cute episode. I mean, everything about it is cute. SO CUTE!!

In this episode, Mao-sensei continues to find a way to disband the Hero group to prevent the future match from happening, but as always, she fails. Even when she tried to insist of having the group a leader, they members are too free-spirited and amusing to choose one leader. They all decided to have all of them to be leaders. LOL. I thought they’ll say there won’t be a leader, but in some ways, it is still the same as the one the lead character concluded.

After a major flashback and realization on Mao-sensei’s part, she realized that there is no stopping for the Hero group and just decide to give up becoming a demon lord and become live an ordinary life. I totally didn’t expect that at all. Lel. This made me curious as to how the story ould unfold now that the demon lord forfeited its main plans. Would there be a new demon lord emerging? Or this anime would continue to have no substance and just be full of cuteness? We will find out in the next ep. Heh.

Kaguya-sama wa Kokurasetai Ep. 3

This anime continues to amaze me with its adaptation of my fav manga.

For this episode, the intro was greatly shrinked which I totally approve, but I do hope they just remove it.

Anyway, the first arc was about a confiscated young adult magazine which has quite interesting polls (even in real life, I find them amusing). Because of one specific question about “first time”, the main trio got into a convo that was full of misunderstandings. As always, the delivery of the lines were spot on, visually and in audio. I could even say it was better than the manga because of the overall quality of the arc.

On the 2nd arc, it was delivered well. I wasn’t particularly a fan of this segment too, but the anime made it interesting and wholesome. It’s not as powerful as the other arcs, but its passable.

And damn, bruh, that ending sequence though. I didn’t expect they would make different kinds of ED. This definitely enticed me to watch this anime more weekly.

Dororo Ep. 3

Oooohhh…that was a really nice episode.

It wasn’t too fancy or anything, but damn the swordfight was slick. It was really really good. The story in the episode was sad. Even though its understandable that the brother needs to die also, its sad that the girls saw everything unfold in her own eyes. At least now, his brother is at peace.

Dororo continues to follow Hyakimaru around and this time, got involve with the enemy. It would be nice if Hyakimaru regains his voice next so that I could hear him interact with Dororo. But for now, it was his hearing that came back to him. It was tragic that the first thing he hears was the outcry of the girl after he killed her brother.

It looks like the father finally catch on and is now looking for connections. Oooohohohohoh. Can’t wait for the next ep.

Yakusoku no Neverland Ep. 3

This episode was okay.

Visually, it had interesting shots and intriguing cinematography. But I am abit disappointed with the dialogue. The story’s pacing was stable and it flowed well, but the dialogues were really bad on some areas. I know that they seemed to cut corners on some areas of the story, but I didn’t expect it would affect greatly the dialogues. There were alot of dialogues that could be understood if shown, but instead, let the characters say it. There were also alot of shortcut parts that made no sense.

I’ll be honest, this defintiely affected my enjoyment of the series. I don’t care anymore if they didn’t capture much the extreme horror feels of the manga, but screwing up the dialogues of the characters is a big deal, as it affects the viewing of the audience watching. I might be nitpicking this, but that’s just what I feel.

Sigh. I guess I need to let it slide as it seemed this anime won’t stop screwing the dialogues.

Tate no Yuusha no Nariagari Ep. 3

Yes, the episode where Naofumi shows off what truly is to be a hero. Rather than going to the big boss, he went first to the people and rescue them. When I first read this on manga, I was really stoked. He was badass. Not only him, Raphtalia too. Now all grown up and strong, she was able to assist Naofumi in fighting the Monsters in the Wave.

Still, I do have problems with this episode. Compared to the other episodes, there seeemed to have alot of changes here. From the dialogue to the personalities, changes were made and it kinda affected my enjoyment of the series. Alot of lines were cutoff and it seemed they toned down the horrible attitude Naofumi developed. Rather than showing us his edgy hateful attitude, we actually got an angry yet aloof character instead. I’m totally okay with the change, but it does affect the impact of the scenes.

Still, this episode was done really well. I especially love the actions scenes when Naofumi and Raphtalia were in synce. Damn, that was good.

Oooohohohoho. I’ll definitely check out the next episode as it will feature one of the turning points of the anime. Yeeeee.

Manaria Friends ep. 2

That…was a misleading intro part. Damn.

Still, this animation is soooooo good. But I am confused with WTF is going on. I mean, I still don’t get what is the main overarching plot. All I see is how this anime is a yuri-bait. The princess overly cares for Grea, to a point they act like lovers already. Damn.

Even with my initial reaction, I somehow enjoy watching this. I don’t understand why, I just like it. Lel.

Damn, this post is long. I had alot to say with the episodes, after all.

I am also trying to improve my reviewing of weekly episodes. My previous Weekly Watch felt abit empty, hence, I tried to be more engaging and talkative. I just let my thoughts flow and not worry much. heh.

I might continue making this style of Weekly Watch.

Anyway, stay tune for the next entry. Don’t worry, this time, it will be on time. 😉

Weekly Watch!! Winter Anime 2019 – #2

We are now on the 2nd week, and I think I am enjoying this weekly watching. I had dropped some animes last week, and I think I will drop more if some of the animes continues to be a disappointment.

This is going to be interesting.

Anyway, let’s start.

3D Kanojo Real Girl

The episode was cute. Alot of developments on all the ships in the anime. Most of their it felt natural and real. I didn’t expect Ito would crossdress, of course he is going to be a “hottie”. The beauty contest was meh. I was expecting it to be more challenging or visually appealing, but it wasn’t. I do like Igarashi’s speech, it was nice and unique. Seeing the main character so proud of his gf, it was so cute.

I think I’ll continue watching this weekly.

Bang Dream S2

This was a nice episode. It started sad as the band, Popipa, was told off by the Roselia’s frontman the harsh truth in sponsoring a show. This made the Popipa members think about the reality of everything, and be able to move forward and make it as a goal of the group, no matter how hard it was. We also got to know more of the new character even though I didn’t ask for it. Lol.

It seemed Roselia got scouted by a producer, though the said one looked really shady. She was pushy on producing Roselia to stardom, and of course, the group decline. Her presence definitely would spark some tension in the later episodes.

Doukyonin wa Hiza, Tokidoki, Atama no Ue

In this cat anime, we got see the typical doing of a cat, which happens to be them sleeping on the laptop. I can’t really say for sure that all cats do this, but most of the cats I know does this so yeah. I find this quite cute, but also a hassle to the owner of the cat. The naming part of the episode was nice. In some ways, naming your pet is indeed important as they became part of your family.

I wasn’t able to comment much on the cat POV thing from last episode cuz I didn’t mind it much. But in this episode, I find that POV quite intriguing. The POV of the cat definitely changed the original narrative of that episode. Knowing its thought made the series more entertaining.

Anyway, I guess I will continue watching this one.

Go-toubun no Hanayome

Ooohohohoh Miki shined in this episode. We got to know her a bit more, with her liking warlords and have vast knowledge in Japanese History. We also know how each sister seemed to be good at one subject, which made the series alot more interesting. I am looking forward to how Futarou applies this information and teach the quintuplets.

Meiji Tokyo Renka

I really liked this episode. We got to know more about the main girl, personality-wise. We also got to see her interact more to the first 2 guys in her harem. At first, I find the painter guy boring, but it seems there is more onto him that I realize. The docto’s hair is also warming up to me.

I am quite happy we got to know more about the main girls’s situation. It seems she’ll be staying in the Meiji era for a month, and for the mean time, she’ll use her “talent” to solve some interesting problems. This is going to be interesting. Can’t wait for the next episode.

Girly Air Force

Huh. Interesting, but a bit cliche.

I had seen quite alot of animes like this, but I still hope this anime would be better. Rather than showing more about the girl and plane, this new episode focus more on developing the main guy and girl’s relationship. I appreciate that they gave us some insight to to their personalities but I wished they would dive more on the main plot and the problems surrounding the girl.

Tate no Yuusha no Nariagari

Now, this is a better episode compared to the 1st one. We got to see the continuation of the first episode cliffhanger, Naofumi buying a slave. He was quite harsh to her, Raphtalia, but he shown care to her afterwards. Raphtalia had a tragic past and with his guidance, she starts to change for the better. I can’t wait to see more of this anime.

Yakusoku no Neverland

Damn. DAMN. This is getting really interesting. I was kinda curious as to how the story would flow since the first episode, and so far, it had been really great. The intensity and horror of the setting is felt in every corner of the episode, I love it. Though, I do want to point out that there’s too many clues all over the episode that it sometimes spoils the impact of the upcoming horror. Still, everything is still great and I can’t wait for the next episode.

PS: I didn’t expect one of the main guys, Norman, to confess. Whether he likes Emma romantically or on a different light, his feelings definitely added more depth to his actions.

Watashi ni Tenshi ga Maiorita!

Okay. I’m on the border with this. I really do wanna like this but the borderline pedo nature of the main character is pushing me to not like this one. Compared to the Uzamaid, its jokes didn’t hit me and I’m disappointed with it. Though, yeah, I am happy that “mom” appeared for a split osecond, still, it would be nice if this series was a bit funnier.

I also do want to point out that it seemed having a side character who wants to be the cutest in the room is a staple trope in this borderline pedo animes. I don’t know if I like it or not, but at least this character in this anime was less annoying than the one in Uzamaid. I’ll need to see another episode of this anime to determine if I should continue with it or not.

Grimms Notes The Animation

Sigh, this was disappointing.

It’s negative points are clearer than ever. There were alot of dumping of info about the characters and the world they currently in, and its not sitting well with me. It’s roots as a game adaptation is also showing which is the main negative point of the series. The character seemed dumber that they should be and its disappointing. I do like that they featured Don Quixote’s tale, but its other factors is affecting my viewing. Especially, now that they “introduced” the antagonist in the most boring way. I might not continue watching this. I don’t think its worth it anymore.

Boogiepop wa Warawanai (2019)

Oh boii, that was a strong episode. It actually made me go speechless, in a good way. I mean, the first 3 episode were great as an arc, but I do admit the first episode was really weak. Especially as an intro to the Boogiepop world. Now, damn. This arc is going to be LIT. We have a new antagonist and a new problem to get on to. What’s really good about it too is the fact that my fav VA is voicing the current antagonist. YAS. Anyway, this episode was really good. It was a good introduction to the new arc. We also got to see new characters, and know bit by bit what’s the looming problem in this current arc, at the same time, not spoiling much. It made me excited to watch the next episode and I can’t wait for it. DAMN.

Kaguya-sama wa Kokurasetai

UUgggghhhh I so love this anime. It had been adapted well. Even though its been few years since I read these panels in the manga, this anime reminded me how fun these mini-story arcs of the series. The narrator never fails to amaze me with its convincing voice and the VA’s of the main characters performed well. The confession arc is one of my favorite and the adaptation didn’t disappoint. So happy.

Though, I do find the intro part annoying, cuz its on repeat. I hope they won’t do this on every episode. Well, that is just me.

Domestic na Kanojo

Oh boii. I really don’t know what to say. Well, it adapted the manga well, and I’m still not a fan. I thought I might “re-like” this series but nah, I know my best girl would not win.

Btw, I might not watch this more weekly as I have no mood for it. I don’t want to spoil my enjoyment every week too.

Manaria Friends

Okay, it seemed I had seen the episode a bit early. With it now officially broadcast, I did see some changes. There was an additional footage after the credits, which is not really that important but it might be in the future. The changes were minor and it didn’t affect much my impression of the series.

I will still continue to watch this series as it got my attention.

Oooohohohoh, that is all for now.

You guys might have noticed I didn’t post my thoughts about some animes, well, that’s because I haven’t got a chance to watch them. Still, I’ll find time to watch them as long as I want to.

Anyway, that’s it for now.

See you next week.

Weekly Watch!! Winter 2019 – #1

Yo!! Welcome to this first ever Weekly Watch where I give my thoughts on the ongoing animes I chose to watch.

Well, because this is the first ever post of this weekly project of mine, its inevitable that this is going to be long as I tend to watch almost all the first episodes of the ongoing animes. But don’t worry, I won’t circle around and just directly make a point so that I won’t bore you much.

Anyway, I won’t prolong this intro any longer, here’s my thoughts of the animes released this Winter season.

Manaria Friends

Huh, I find this first episode a bit boring. With a gorgeous art and animation, I really thought would be really good, but nope. For a 24 min. episode, it wasted alot of time. It had alot of prolong pauses that were unnecessary. It did introduced the main characters and get to see a glimpse of their personality, but its still very shallow. There was any explanation about their academy or their world. It was disappointing.

I do see some potential in this anime, so I am going to give this one another chance.

Bang Dream S2

WTF!!! That was the first word that came to my mind after seeing this first episode of Bang Dream. I can’t really say I am a fan of this franchise but I did enjoy the first season, the game and their songs.

Still, the 3D animation took me by surprise. I didn’t think they would full force animate everything in 3D. Damn. At first, it was really weird, but then I got used to it later on.

I am also happy to see all the girl bands introduced and performed. I always loved Afterglow and Roselia’s music over PopiPa and others. Still, I do feel this episode is abit too much with all the new info, still, I enjoyed it and can’t wait for the next episode.

Egao no Daika

Okay, that was…weird.

Believe me when I say that I didn’t read the synopsis of this and directly dive in to it, because this anime just made me speechless. I first thought this anime was about a princess and her ascending the throne and how she handles her responsibilities. But bruh, this anime went into a curve turn when the mechas got involve. Damn, I have a soft spot for this genre. I didn’t expect it would be here.

Okay, so this anime might involve some political stuff and I’m down with it. Though, I’ll maintain my expectations as low as possible so that I won’t be disappointed.

PS: this ending shot though.

Watashi ni Tenshi ga Maiorita!

And I thought the Maid series was the last one, but here we are. Another borderline pedo anime featuring cute young girls and an older woman. Uuhhh… Why?

Like in the previous controversial anime, Uchi no Maid ga Uzasugiru!, this anime tries to use the borderline pedo stuff as comedic antics and add some “heartwarming” scenes to make up for it. I guess because I had enough of this kind of content, I was about to drop this one…but the mother of the the lead characters were introduced. And damn, as long as the mother is always in the episode, I think I could handle th

Lord El-Melloi II Sei no Jikenbo: Rail Zeppelin Grace Note – Hakamori to Neko to Majutsushi

Another Fate series that got my interest. Instead of the usual formula, it seemed this series is going forth on a different flavour and focus more on the mystery side. But unfortunately, it seemed this anime will air on the summer and not this season. Lol. It would have been nice if this would air this season cuz I’ll definitely watch it.

Sigh, and I thought studio GoHands learnt their lesson already. Why did they even make a sequel to their horrible “Handshakers” anime.

Circlet Princess

I like this one! This series reminds me alot of Toji no Miko and Uma musume, which I both enjoy and like. I didn’t expect there would be a fight between the main character and the strongest one in the first episode, damn. Though, I do find it weird that the main character “just happens” to be “good” at the sport, Circlet Bout. There is a chance this will be explained later….hopefully.

Anyway, I’ll definitely check this one out.

Go-toubun no Hanayome

Oh boii….OH BOIIII!!! I had waited so long for this!!!

This anime is one of my most anticipated series this season. I enjoyed the manga very much and I had high hopes for this anime adaptation. So far, it didn’t disappoint!!! The animation looked flawless and fluid, the character designs are quite close to the manga art, and it followed the manga really well. Though, I am still abit weirded out that they assigned different haircolors to the quintuplets. I mean, them having the same haircolor is quite important to alot of story arcs, but oh well. Let’s see how they’ll adapt this.

Dimension High School

WTF did I just watch?

Ueno-san wa Bukiyou

Uuuhhhh…well. I guess, people might find this anime funny, but I’m not into it. It’s jokes are not hitting me right and its abit disgusting.

So… drop.

Doukyonin wa Hiza, Tokidoki, Atama no Ue

I’m not sure what to say about this. At first, I find the anime interesting, having a cat as a roommate and one of the protagonist of an anime definitely caught my eye. But I got bored in the middle of it and I am not liking the lifestyle of the main character (eating the cat food is definitely not nutritional).

So, I might give this one another chance. But if it fails to appeal to me, I’ll drop this one immediately.

Girly Air Force

With a lame title, I really thought this would be an anime about ecchi girls doing cool things but with fanservice but I was mistaken. It actually had an interesting premise, a male protagonist wanting to be a pilot to defeat alien-ish planes attacking earth and he just so happened to be the “trigger” of an awesome plane. I do find the overarching plot abit overused already but this anime seemed enjoyable so I continue and give this one a try.

Meiji Tokyo Renka

This is the first reverse harem anime of the year. A girl, transported to the past, the Meiji era of Tokyo. She then met immediately all of her “handsome” men in her harem. All of her leading men are quite an eye candy, yep, and have an amusing personalities too. But I am not a fan of the main guy’s look. Well, that is just me.

I’m not sure if I like this one but it does have an interesting premise. I might need to watch more.

3D Kanojo Real Girl

Okay, the anime continues where the previous season had left off, but damn, in just one episode, there sure alot of stuff going on. From becoming a committee member to a love confession to a beauty contest, its a lot. Dunno if the anime would keep this kind of pacing until the very end, but I do hope they would slow down a bit and be consistent.

The art and animation wasn’t changed at all, even the brightness of it. I don’t have problems with it, but I guess I wished they had improved abit.

I had seen the previous season of this anime and I’m expected to watch this one too…but I am not feeling it. I might put this one on hold and binge watch it later.

Date A Live S3

Sigh…it seemed JC staff accepted this franchise grudgingly or something. The animation is so bad, its hard to concentrate well to the anime. Well, its not like I need enough brain cells to understand how meh this anime is.

I might put this one aside too, because I am used to watching this on English dub and I want to watch this one in better animation.

Bermuda Triangle – Colorful Pastrale

Remember when I said there are alot of good and enjoyable children animes out there, well, this one is not counted.

Visually, this anime wasn’t well made. The eyes are freaking me out as everyone had the same structure but with different color. The characters are neither appealing nor interesting. And lastly, I am not a fan of mermaids. Lel. The only mermaid anime I could accept is Mermaid Melody.

So yeah, drop.

Grimm’s Notes The Animation

Oooohhhh!!!! Yeeeeee!!! This looks interesting!! Retelling of the Grimm’s fairytales in an anime, I’m so down with this!!

This anime is really unique and it definitely got me interested. At first, I got confused because I saw a girl transforming into a guy, it was weird. But I was able to get and understand everything around when the main cast went to the village.

I had never seen an anime like this. It definitely made me excited and look forward for it’s next release.

Pastel Memories

Oooohhh… I didn’t expect this at all. I really thought this anime was a “cute girls doing cute things” type of show, but its actually deeper than it looks.

The anime was set in a future where the anime, manga and otaku culture barely exist, the main characters does everything to help the people regain their otaku “love”/”memories”. It’s a simple and cute premise and I can’t stop smiling while watching it. I mean, there was alot of otaku references all over the episode, it was really nice.

I might watch this one weekly.

Mahou Shoujo Tokushusen Asuka That was dark. And gore. And it stars anime girls. Yas!! I like it.

I really thought this anime would be my new “Toji no Miko” but damn, this is alot darker. Though I do find the stuff toys as enemies a bit weird and funny, the goreness of the anime made me scared for a bit. Lel.

Just like TnM, this anime could go either both ways, good or bad. Still, I will watch it.

Boogiepop wa Warawanai (2019)

Damn. DAMN.

As of this writing, I had seen the 3 episodes…so I pretty much saw all of the first arc of the anime and damn, that was good. I knew that this series would be extraordinary (it’s all thanks to Digibro, lel), but watching it blew my mind. It’s really intriguing and very interesting. It made me want to read its original material. Uuuggghhh.

I admit, the first episode was confusing, but the story unfolded later on in the 2nd and 3rd episode. I am totally down with this format, but repeating it again and again might be boring so it would be nice if a new format would be presented next.

Domestic na Kanojo

Ooohohohoho!!! I had read the manga of this years ago and I can’t believe I am actually watching this now. I can’t really remember much about the series anymore but I can tell that this series was adapted well.

I’m not sure if I want to watch this one weekly though. I prefer to watch this kind of series on binge rather than weekly, but I might change my mind later on. Lol.

Wow. Now I understand why this anime is hyped. It’s really good!! From its intriguing story to its visually appealing art and animation, I was in awe by this anime the whole time I was watching this. Watching it was one of a kind.

Before the anime, I have no idea where the title of the anime came from but it seemed it is the name of the kid the main character met in the 1st episode. I’m still not sure as to why his name was used as a title, he might be really important to the overall plot, I guess.

I can’t wait for its next episode!!

So cute!!!

The story is cute. The characters are cute. The art and animation is also cute. Everything is cute. I like it.

But the cuteness wasn’t the reason as to why I got hooked with this anime. It’s actually the storytelling of the plot. I mean, I actually thought the episode was broken or something because the credits rolled in the first half of the episode. Lol. It was later explained that the first half was the future and the antagonist, the demon lord, went back in time cuz of a failed forbidden spell. I still can’t understand how the demon lord turned into a really really cute loli devil.

But I admit, the cuteness of the lead characters were really powerful and I’ll definitely going to watch this weekly.

Kouya no Kotobuki Hikoutai

This one was weird. When everyone was animated normally, the main characters are animated in 3D. uuuhhh…Why??

Yes, I did find this anime a bit interesting. But if this weird animation continues on, I don’t think I could watch this more.

Mob Psycho 100 S2

As always, Mob Psycho 100 is awesome. It doesn’t disappoint. It actually made me speechless.

However, I don’t think I could watch this weekly. I don’t think I could handle waiting every week just to see the next episode. So I’ll just binge this one later.

Kaguya-sama wa Kokurasetai

Ooohhh!!! Ooohhh!!! I had been waiting for this one.

Watching this episode was a delight. I knew that Kaguya and Miyuki’s war of love would be amazing to see in an anime. The series was well adapted and was visually stunning too. The narrator was amazing in giving “tension” to the war between the main characters and the of course, the voice actors brought the characters to life. I LOVE IT.

I can’t wait for the next episode.

Yakusoku no Neverland

Oooohhh!!! Ooohhhh!!! I love this.

It had smooth animation and the character designs are in some ways a bit similar to the manga. The story flowed well and the ending part definitely shocked me, even though I saw it coming already. From that first episode alone, I could say that this anime might be a huge contender as the best anime of the season (along with Dororo). It didn’t disappoint.

Can’t wait for next week.

Tate no Yuusha no Nariagari

Last on my watch is the most controversial anime this season, Tate no Yuusha. I might have mentioned before that this was one of my most anticipated anime this season cuz I had read its source material (manga and LN) and I am a fan.

I like how this 1st episode was an hour special to fully showcase the beginning of the Shield Hero’s journey in this new world. In the first half, we saw a typical story sequence of an isekai anime then went to the opposite direction on the 2nd half.

Everything that had happened in the anime seemed reasonable and it flowed well. I don’t see any problems with it, that’s why I still don’t understand the hate on it. It makes me wonder if I watched the same anime episode as with other people. Lol. I mean, I understand if they are not into this anime, but people saying this anime is mysogynistic, promoting slavery or anything that had sparked controversy is stupid.

Now that’s out of my system, I’ll wait for the next episode.

I’m sorry for this very very long post. In some ways, this is quite similar to my “first impressions” posts before (which were quite long too).

I saw alot of interesting animes this season, but I am not sure if I am going to review them all weekly (but I will still try). Those animes I mentioned “drop”, are of course dropped and never be seen by me again (lol!). And those animes I planned to binge are to be watched by me in the later time.

Anyway, that’s it for this post. I won’t make this longer than it should be.

Thanks for reading and see you next week.

Weekly Watch!! Winter Anime 2019 – What I’ll be Watching?!!?

What’s up, everyone!!

Welcome to my first ever, WEEKLY WATCH! (Uugghhh…the title is cliche as ever) where I will be watching the latest animes released and share my opinions about them.

Like I said in my last week’s entry, I will now try to watch as many weekly animes as I can just because I want to. Lol. Actually, there is a lot of animes I look forward this year and I also want to try something new here in my blog.

Now that’s clear, let’s move on to the main topic.

Like always, I will watch everything. But I will admit, I am looking forward to some animes that are released now in the winter season.

(Author’s note: By the time I made this entry, I haven’t seen any of the winter animes yet, so the content of this entry focused more on which one I will watch.)

To start up, I’ll be sharing to you the animes I’m most hype about:

Tate no Yuusha no Nariagari – I got introduced to this series long before the announcement of the anime adaptation. Along with the Slime anime, an internet friend of mine recommended both of there manga counterparts for me to read few years ago. And both series, blew my mind with their unique take of an isekai plot. Now with me being a fan of the manga (and I will read the LN soon once I get my hands on it), I LOOK FORWARD GREATLY TO THIS ANIME ADAPTATION.

Kaguya-sama wa Kokurasetai: Tensai-tachi no Renai Zunousen – Another favorite of mine. I enjoyed the heck out of this manga. It’s one of those that I never get tired to reading. Now that it has an anime adaptation, IT IS A MUST FOR ME TO WATCH, of course.

Yakusoku no Neverland – Yeeeeeeeee!! One of the current popular Shounen Jump manga is coming!!! Along with Dr. Stone, I am so hyped to watch their anime adaptations!! I haven’t caught up much with the manga, but from what I read (and what I assume the arcs the anime will cover) IT’S GOING TO BE AN AMAZING RIDE! Heh. Another must watch for me.

Mob Psycho 100 II – Yes, of course I will be watching this MASTERPIECE. Compared to the series I mentioned above, I haven’t read the manga of MP100 but bruh, I LOVE ITS SEASON 1 ANIME. I usually would want to binge watch this but I don’t think I could contain myself any longer. LOL.

❤ ❤ ❤

Kakeguruixx – Oh YES!!! I had been waiting for this sequel for a long time!!! I enjoyed watching its season 1 and I even read the manga (I can’t wait, bruh). THIS IS GOING TO BE FUN!! Ooohohohohoh.

Now for the animes I’m not so hyped about but I am surely going to watch:

3D Kanojo: Real Girl 2nd Season – I’m not really hyped up with this one, but I don’t think I can handle to skip or not watch this. I had seen the 1st season last year, so I feel like I have an obligation to watch this.

Date A Live III – Another obligated anime to watch. I finished watching all the possible animes of the DAL last year, and I admit, I enjoyed watching them. I would find it weird if I won’t cover one too.

Dang…that look.

Domestic na Kanojo – Oh boiiii. Few years ago, when I was still into reading mangas, I read tons and tons of problematic, feels train, and full of angst type of manga. -_- (I am not happy about it) One of those was this one, Domestic na Kanojo. I really thought this one would never have an adaptation. Ah…*remembers Scum’s Wish and Koi to Uso*… I get it now.
I’ll try to watch this one because I am curious as to how this will be adapted, and in a way, maybe just maybe, I might try and read the manga again. Lol.

Gotoubun no Hanayome – Okay, I had been quite negative with my entries above, but it is different for this one. I am not obligated to watch, I’m actually curious. Earlier last year, I accidentally discovered this manga while skimming through my new manga reader (which is Awesome btw, heh). I read it and I enjoy the heck of it. I can’t really say I’m hyped about it though, as its not really a favorite of mine, but I am curious on how it will be adapted. Heh.

Now that I shared the ones that I surely will watch, let me now share to you the animes I am also sure I am going to drop (even though I said I will watch everything):

Ame-iro Cocoa: Side G
B-Project: Zecchou*Emotion
Fukigen na Mononokean Tsuzuki
Kemono Friends 2
Piano no Mori S2

Okay, I guess you kinda get the idea now why I am not watching them. After all, the animes I mentioned have one common factor: THEY ARE SEQUELS.

I had not seen or I might’ve dropped their predecessors before so why should I bother watching their continuation too. Lel.

Now that I shared all of that, I will now officially start Weekly Watch!! next week. I know that I didn’t mention some other animes but don’t fret, I will still give my thoughts about them. I just want to let you guys know what animes I am prioritizing and are to be expected to be part on my Weekly Watch!!.

I am a huge fan of underrated mediocre animes, so I can’t wait to see some hidden gems. Heh.

Ah! I almost forgot to share! I might also give my thoughts about some leftover animes from fall season on Weekly Watch!! too. Though, I’m still not sure if I should. Hhhhmmmm…

Let know on the comments down below that animes you are also planning to watch, and also if I should add the leftovers to the lineup too.

I think that’s it for now.

Thanks for reading!!

Who will win as best waifu?
